ANR Aviaries does not believe in forced weaning.No baby will leave our aviaries until they are fully weaned and fledged.WE DO NOT SELL UNWEANED BIRDS so please do not even ask.We also reserve the right to refuse a sale if we feel it is not in the best interest of the bird. DEPOSITS A non-refundable minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to consider a bird sold.Once notified that the bird is weaned and ready to go home, the BUYER has 5 business days to pay in full the total amount due.No bird will leave ANR Aviaries until payment in full is made.If the BUYER fails to make payment in full as stated above, then the BUYER forfeits any and all monies paid to date and the bird is offered for sale to the next buyer. WARRANTY ANR Aviaries warrants that, at time of purchase, the bird(s) invoiced are in good health.The BUYER is required to have bird(s) examined by an avian veterinarian of his/her choice within 3 days of purchase or this warranty is considered null and void.If during this 3 day period, the bird(s) are found to have a condition that affects their health or well-being as determined by the examining avian veterinarian, ANR Aviaries agrees at its discretion, to either refund to the BUYER the purchase price or to replace said bird(s) with bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known) and age or bird(s) of equal value if so agreed by BUYER.This warranty is only valid for the specific reasons stated above. SHIPPING Although we prefer that you pick up your baby in person, we will ship your bird to you via an approved airline if you so choose.The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including an airline approved container.
VISITING YOUR BABY We encourage you to visit your baby while it's being weaned. This helps to start the bonding process and will make the transition to your home easier for your baby. Since we do operate out of our home, an appointment is required.
